Calfunc Fitness Classes at Climb Central Delhi

We are excited to introduce Calfunc Fitness Classes featuring an exciting array of strength, conditioning and general fitness routines.

Calfunc is operating classes during the day throughout the week, so checkout their schedule. Easy booking option is available directly using the HUDLE app.

Calfunc’s programmes are designed to master bodyweight movements that focus on learning new skills.

The training revolves around building your Strength levels to be able to perform Calisthenics/Gymnastics static holds such as Levers, Handstands & Planche but also explores a wide range of functional movements to develop your Endurance, Speed, Mobility and mental toughness. A blend of various training modules to help you understand different ways of training and show you a path towards your ultimate goal. This class is designed to cater to all fitness levels - Beginners to Advanced.

Tom has been teaching Crossfit for over 3 years now however, his main interest lies in Calisthenics and has been training in it since 2016. He has also trained MMA for several years and advocates that everyone should know some form of self defense. He has done most of his training at local MMA centers and also did a Brazillian Jiu Jitsu course at Team Nogueira in Dubai.
