COVID Protocol - continued safety precautions
It is truly commendable that the state of Delhi NCT has managed to control the COVID pandemic from the earlier highs and peaks. However, it is important for us to not let down our guard and it is even more important to avoid getting sucked into the fallacy that we are now safe. We are only safe, if we make it safe!
COVID 19 impact on operations and reopening
After going through multiple rounds of assessment with our Delhi team and also by engaging our HQ in Singapore, Climb Central Delhi - Delhi’s most loved indoor rock climbing facility - opened it’s doors in mid-September.
When will Climb Central Delhi reopen?
Now that is a million dollar question and while we are eager to reopen as soon as we can, we are not entirely certain at this time.
The government mandated strict lockdown measures have been extended several times now and there does not seem to be a clear indication regarding reopening of sports facilities and sports climbing centres.
Indian Government mandated lockdown
Due to the Government of India directive calling for a mandated lockdown of the entire country for 21-days, we are currently closed.
The lockdown initiates at 12 midnight, 25 March, 2020. Assuming there is no further extension, the last day of lockdown will be April 14, 2020.
We are open again post temporary covid closure
As per the directive of Delhi Gov’t, we are closing our facilities until March 31, 2020.
For memberships, multi-passes and student-passes, your memberships will be automatically extended for as long as our closure remains in effect. You don’t have to do anything.
Covid-19 Health & Safety Advisory
